A clearer reporting workflow across government institutions.

TechForge developed and improved a shared reporting platform for government institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina. WMP brings reporting across state, entity, district and cantonal levels into a common workflow with continuous data entry and automated report generation.

The challenge

Reporting across multiple levels of government required repeated manual coordination and consolidation. The platform needed to support contributions from different institutions, maintain continuity between reporting cycles and structure the information for OECD-aligned reporting.

What changed

Continuous data entry and automated report generation replace repeated manual assembly of reporting information. Improvements to the interface, supporting-document access, activity tracking and previous-response visibility help users complete their part of the process.

The platform lets institutions contribute information through a shared reporting process.
