Production Readiness Review
A practical plan for your next production release.
Decide what to keep, what to fix and what to fund before the next release. Identify the gaps between the software you have and the system your users need.
A Production Readiness Review is a paid, scoped engagement for an AI prototype, an MVP or an existing product approaching a more demanding stage.
What we examine
We agree the scope around your release goal. It can cover architecture, integrations, access control, tenant isolation, test coverage, deployment, monitoring and recovery. For AI features, we include relevant data flows, evaluations, failure modes and operating costs.
What you receive
- A summary of the product's current readiness within the agreed scope.
- A prioritised list of risks, dependencies and implementation work.
- Recommended release boundaries and acceptance criteria.
- A 30/60/90-day delivery plan where appropriate to the scope.
- A proposed team, timeline and budget range for the next stage.
Questions
- Is this a penetration test or certification?
- This is an engineering review, not a certification. Penetration testing is a separate service with its own agreed scope and deliverables.
- Do we need to rebuild the product afterwards?
- The review identifies what can be retained and where change is justified. The recommendations depend on the evidence and your intended use.
- Must TechForge implement the recommendations?
- The findings and plan are usable by your team. We can also propose an implementation engagement.
How it starts
Tell us what exists, what release you are planning and what concerns you most. We agree access, scope, schedule and price before beginning the review.
Sensitive materials can be shared through an agreed channel after the initial conversation.
