Three months to MVP. Eight months to an enterprise platform.
MindForge supports company onboarding, continuous learning and educational course delivery. TechForge reached MVP in approximately three months, then developed the enterprise platform by approximately month eight from the start of development. The platform includes AI and multi-tenancy. It has remained in live use for more than two years.
Learning flows built around the work
MindForge connects lessons, practical assignments and mentor approval in role-based learning flows. Organisations can turn their procedures, documents and recorded demonstrations into training, assign it to the right people and see which steps still need review.
Practical assignments and mentor approval connect learning with feedback. Administrators follow completion, test results and submitted work across web and mobile.
Today, AI helps prepare summaries and quizzes and gives learners a way to discuss lesson content with an assistant.
One platform, two delivery models
Organisations can use the existing multi-tenant platform to organise their content and learning flows. Where a programme needs its own branded platform, we can deliver a separate white-label implementation with agreed adaptations.
NANO-THINK demonstrates use of the existing platform. Cyber Edukacija demonstrates white-label development on that foundation.
Product ownership beyond launch
MindForge is a TechForge product. Our involvement includes the product's engineering and continued development, giving us direct responsibility for the software after its initial release.
From workplace learning to NANO-THINK
NANO-THINK uses the existing MindForge platform for short, focused learning in critical thinking in science. The Erasmus+ virtual exchange programme can organise content and learning flows for its audience without commissioning a separate white-label development project.
Short lessons make specialist material available in focused sessions, while the programme retains its own educational content. The contract was renewed after a year of use.
