AI & SaaS Development

Build a SaaS product. Put AI into production.

Develop a new product or add AI capabilities to the software your customers already use.

We build multi-tenant software and AI capabilities around the workflows customers need to complete. Architecture, data access, integrations and permissions make those workflows usable in production. Evaluation and operational control help your team understand AI quality, failures and cost after launch.

When we are useful

  • You are building a SaaS product and need the application, tenant model and integrations to work together.
  • You have an AI prototype and need a product that real customers can use.
  • You want to add an assistant, retrieval workflow or AI-enabled task to an existing platform.
  • Your product needs multi-tenant architecture and clear data boundaries.
  • Your internal team needs senior engineering support to move a difficult AI feature into production.

The work we take on

Product and architecture
Define the user workflow, system boundaries and first releasable scope. Plan how the AI capability fits into the rest of the application.
Data and integration
Connect approved data sources and business systems. Define who can access which information and how that access carries through the AI workflow.
Evaluation and control
Establish representative test cases, review failure modes and decide when human intervention is required. Make output quality and cost visible.
Production delivery
Implement the application, release pipeline and monitoring. Plan the deployment, infrastructure requirements, handover and continued development together.

AI capabilities within the workflow

Our scope can include knowledge assistants that retrieve relevant information, agents for defined workflow tasks and AI-enabled content or document processes. The delivery plan defines the data, allowed actions, evaluation and human oversight required for the use case.

Relevant experience

AI engineering inside a live enterprise platform

Our engineers work as part of the client’s core technical team on a secure-by-design, multi-tenant enterprise platform used by major international companies. The engagement spans AI research and development, production AI integrations, business-process automation and ongoing platform engineering.

That experience sits alongside MindForge, the AI learning product we built and continue to develop ourselves.

Evidence from a product we operate

MindForge reached MVP in about three months and an enterprise platform in about eight months from development start, with AI and multi-tenancy. More than two years of live use give us direct experience of the work that follows a launch: maintaining the product, responding to new use cases and evolving the software.

Secure-by-design enterprise product engineering

PQC Waypoint by KAPYON demonstrates our work on an enterprise product where security shapes the architecture from the outset. It brings together protection of selected communication paths, central policy control, deployment options and evidence of protection in operation, around existing applications.

The product introduces protection while preserving the applications organisations rely on. Policy control and session-level evidence give operators a way to manage and inspect that protection. This complements MindForge’s AI SaaS delivery with security-focused enterprise product engineering.

Questions

Can you add AI to our existing SaaS product?
Yes. Our work includes AI integration within an established multi-tenant enterprise platform. We scope the feature around your application, data flows, permissions and release requirements.
Can you develop multi-tenant software?
Yes. MindForge is a multi-tenant learning platform, and our enterprise engagement also includes multi-tenant platform engineering. The architecture for your product depends on its data boundaries, operating requirements and intended users.

Plan your first useful release

What must the feature do? Which data can it use? What would an unacceptable result look like? What already exists in your product?

We agree what the first release should do and how your team will test it. Our proposal explains what we will deliver, what we need from you and how the software will be put into use.
